Donna Breaux, Scheduling Supervisor, joined M&A Safety Services in January 2019 and assumed the role of Scheduling Supervisor in 2022. Donna has worked in customer service for over 10 years. Her primary responsibility with M&A Safety Services is to oversee the Scheduling team and to ensure our customers receive outstanding customer service. In addition, Donna supports our Grant Administrator to assist with writing Incumbent Worker Training Grants for our customers. She is a graduate of University of Louisiana at Lafayette earning a General Studies degree in Behavioral Sciences.
